The helicopter is buzzing around outside again

It's Wednesday, so I was at a mates place for "Wednesday night drinks" (while being on call, and sober), most of th guys were out, so instead it ended up being "Wednesday night philosophical discussion".

It was odd having deep conversations not at 3:00am.

I don't like Sundays

It's annoying to have Monday hanging over like a dark cloud, as a rainstorm that is the end to a weekend.

That's about as far as I got with that thought.

Unrelated, I do enjoy having the mohawk inspired haircut, it's fun having purposely messy hair that isn't long.

I really do need to update the theme and logo here, it's getting a bit old and mid 2000's looking for my liking.

The raindrop theme is nice though, maybe I'll continue along those lines.

Finally migrating proxmox

Finally getting around to doing a final backup of all of the VMs on my old proxmox host, it's only taken ~4 months.

It'll probably take another 4 months to figure out Docker on my odroid.

Maybe I'll keep being productive in this cold snap we're having. Or in the future cold weather.

I'm looking forward to colder weather

The title says it all pretty much.

Not inspired to write anything really.

I appear to have forgotten about this, again...

Just like the last few posts, it's been a while, i appear to be making a habit of this.

Although, I don't think it counts as a habit when it's this spread out.

Anyway.

Posting here again, with the same reasoning, to attempt to keep my thoughts in some form of useful order.

Life is a series of things that you don't want to do. But most of the time, afterwards, everything is/was fine.

Moderately related, I am aware that things posted online don't ever dissapear (there are some exceptions), so writing stuff here could be a bad idea, but also, anything here is here for the purpose of being read, either by me while writing it, or me in the future, or by someone else, whom I may, or may not know. So any information privacy concerns are for the most part pointless.

Hopefully I'll post again tomorrow, or sometime in the actual near future.

Untitled Post Numero Uno

Well, I haven't succeeded in updating this since last week.

I have been rather busy with work though.

Looking forward to seeing Deadpool 2 with some friends next week.

I don't actually have any ideas on what to write.

5 years.

It's been an actual eternity this time.

Well at least an what an eternity would have been to 16 year old me.

4 years, 10 months, 26 days.

3 years, 3 months, 26 days of that with a full time job.

27 months studying during that time, 1 diploma gained.

After writing this out, the time amount of time seems so short, yet so long.

I will try to keep this updated. Just as a way to keep my thoughts straightened out.
